Each Monday this month I will be sharing a new card featuring a new digital image. Today I'm sharing two cards showcasing the Ice Skating Penguin digi stamp, how cute are these two penguins? Also today they are featuring their new Christmas Penguins Digital Paper, I didn't get a chance to use the paper but it is super cute!

Each Monday this month I will be sharing a new card featuring a new digital image. Today I'm sharing two cards showcasing the Ice Skating Penguin digi stamp, how cute are these two penguins? My husband is super big in all things bird and specially penguins, so he just loved these images. It is incredibly hot here in Florida, so I think these penguins might melt but it's all snowflakes on my cards. For both cards I printed and cut out both penguins with my ScanNCut machine, and I of course I used copic markers to color in each image.
For my first card I wanted it to be snowflakes everywhere! With a snowflake background stamp I stamped it on some Neenah solar white cardstock with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Inks. On a smaller piece of cardstock I also stamped 'Let if Snow' with the same color of distress oxide. I felt like the card was missing something and needed to add in some more red, so with a paper pad that I had on hand I cut down a sheet just larger than the sheet that had my sentiment and adhered everything with liquid adhesive glue. To add even more snowflakes I used the Hello Bluebird snowflakes die with some silver glitter cardstock. Finishing off the card with some clear sequins.
For my second card I wanted to try something different, I wanted to just create a super simple and fun background. I used Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Ink to create the striped background you see above, you definitely could create this look even easier with some patterned paper. Once my background was completed I stamped 'We Wish You a Merry Christmas' from a SSS stamp set. I then adhered the penguins with liquid adhesive glue as well as added some blue snowflakes.
Thank you all so much for stopping by to check out my cards, make sure to come back each Monday this month for more amazing digital stamps from Twinkle Lane Designs. They also offer a lot of other digital stamps so check those out as well. I can't wait to see what you all create, Happy Crafting!
